By Oliver’s Family

Oliver is an incredible 8-year-old boy who was diagnosed with CdLS (missense NIPBL mutation) when he was 9-months-old.

Ollie has secondary diagnoses of central auditory processing disorder and epilepsy – but thankfully his seizures have been under control for 3 years!
Ollie makes friends wherever he goes – so much so that when he is out and about, he is often recognized by people who don’t know anyone else in his family.
He loves cars and hates wearing socks. He has become so good at helping his dad with handiwork that he can take apart door latches by himself!
Ollie sings in church choir with his older brother, Isaac, who often lovingly serves as his official translator.
Ollie lives his best life everyday and makes the world so much brighter 💜
