CdLS Foundation golf tournament!

Golf Tournaments

Over the years, golf events have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Foundation. They provide the opportunity to network with business associates and, most importantly, help individuals with CdLS. CdLS Foundation staff can assist with making your tournament a memorable event for players and golfers while raising awareness and funds.

Amber Gaines Memorial Golf Classic

The annual Amber Gaines Memorial Golf Classic is back for its 38th year. The event takes place on October 12th at the Tapawingo National Golf Club in Sunset Hills, MO. This golf event is considered one of the largest fundraising events for the CdLS Foundation.

It was started by the Kesting and Snodsmith families of Madison County Wood Products (MCWP) and Pallet Logistics Management (PLM), after Doug Gaines, VP at MCWP, and his wife, Barbara, discovered that their daughter, Amber, was born with CdLS. When Amber was diagnosed, the Gaines family turned to the CdLS Foundation for help and support. Amber passed away in 2020, but this special fundraiser carries on her memory.

When you participate, either by registering to play, sponsor or donate, we can continue to reach out, provide help, and give hope to individuals with CdLS, their families, and professionals by offering compassionate care, supportive services, and hope.

Nationwide Champions for CdLS Golf Tournament (formally New England Golf Classic)

While the name and locations have changed the event still has the same goal – to raise awareness and support for the CdLS Foundation, all while playing golf.

You can play real golf with your friends, on any course anywhere in the country and compete on a national leaderboard. When you register to play, sponsor or support the Foundation you become a champion to people you may never meet.
