What Happens Next

  1. Search for your employer above.
  2. Review your company’s matching gift guidelines, including match ratios, submission deadlines, and eligible gift amounts.
  3. Submit your match request through your employer’s HR portal or department. You may need the following:
  • Organization name: CdLS Foundation (Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation, Inc.)
  • EIN: 06-1057497
  • Mailing address: 30 Tower Lane, Suite 400, Avon, CT 06001
  1. We’ll handle the rest. Once your company processes the match, the funds come directly to the CdLS Foundation.

Tip: Many employers also match gifts made by retirees or spouses — it’s worth checking your company’s policy!
