Favorite Things:

People were Mikey's favorite things; he loved to look at and be held by almost anyone. He also loved soothing music and toys that rattled or jingled and that he could pick up with one finger he had on each hand.

Favorite Activities:

Mikey loved to walk in his walker and lay on the floor and play with toys. Although he could not walk, he was very mobile. He loved to be tickled on his neck, chest and legs and stroked with a feather on his neck.

Share and Learn:

Our Mikey has been greatly missed since he passed away in his sleep due to a stomach infection late in 2006. He was an inspiration to us and all who knew him, and we will never forget the valuable lessons he taught us about compassion and unconditional love. The CdLS Foundation staff, the Foundation sponsored conferences, and the Foundation's On-Line Support Group have been terrific sources of information and support for our family.
