Puberty has been a particularly difficult transition for Alex. We would like to learn how other families have coped. We have had to begin medication for anxiety and sleeplessness, and he has responded well. Alex was a very consistent and good sleeper until now. The only side effects he exhibits are overeating and increased compulsiveness. However, it is a fair trade off for a good night’s sleep!
